1. All transactions once completed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. All Package(s) on the Website are offered subject to availability. No requests for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges of any kind will be entertained.
2. Any appointment missed or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a non-refundable.
3. Appointment(s) and Package(s) purchased cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
4. All appointments rescheduled by Package(s) purchased are subject to availability. Physio Prolife does not guarantee that the appointments rescheduled by Package(s) purchased will be available at your preferred date and time.
5. Physio Prolife reserves the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment or booking. Except as required by law, Physio Prolife will not be held liable for such events and are not liable to reimburse you for any travelling, accommodation or other loss or expenses suffered or incurred by you or any other person due to any cancelled or rescheduled appointment or booking.
